The number of final images you receive depends heavily on the type and duration of your session or event. We prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring every image you receive is professionally selected and edited.

For Standard Personal Sessions (Portraits, Headshots, Lifestyle)

You will receive a guaranteed minimum number of fully retouched, high-resolution images as specified in your chosen package (e.g., 20, 35, or 50 images). You will first select your favorites from a large proofing gallery, and only your chosen images are delivered in the final, edited format.

For Large Events (Weddings, Corporate Gatherings)

Since we are documenting hundreds of moments, the final count is much higher and is usually stated as a range. A good estimation is:

• You can typically expect between 50 and 75 finalized photos per hour of shooting time.
• For example, an 4-hour wedding might yield 200 to 300 final images.
• We focus on documenting the story of the day, delivering all the key moments without duplicates or unusable 'in-between' shots.

Yes, absolutely! I love exploring new locations and am available for sessions, events, and weddings both domestically and internationally.

Travel Requirements & Fees

While I am happy to travel to your location, sessions taking place outside of a 65-mile radius of the North Little Rock/Sherwood area will require an additional fee to cover associated costs.

These travel fees are calculated based on your specific location and will be outlined clearly in your custom quote. They typically include the following necessities:

• Transportation: Mileage, airfare, or ground travel costs (trains, rental cars, etc.).
• Lodging: Hotel or accommodation expenses for the duration of the trip.
• Per Diem: A daily stipend to cover meals and incidentals during travel days.

How to Get a Quote:

Please mention the full address or destination for your desired session when you inquire. I will calculate the exact, all-inclusive rate for your session so you know the full cost up front with no hidden fees.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. My goal is to be fair while also respecting the time set aside for your session.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice (or a longer period for weddings/large events, as specified in your contract).

Your booking retainer (deposit) can be transferred to a new session date, provided the new date is within 30 days of the original booking, and I am available.

If a session must be rescheduled due to weather (at the photographer's discretion for outdoor shoots), your retainer will automatically transfer to the new date.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your session outright, the booking retainer is non-refundable. The retainer secures your date and covers administrative costs and lost business from turning away other clients.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session (or a longer period for events) may require payment of a portion of the remaining session fee, as outlined in your contract.
